He has started more than 22 healthcare companies with various partners including private equity, financial institutions, public shareholders and operators in the fields of biotechnology, healthcare services and pharmaceuticals. He has raised more than $1.2 billion funding including two IPO’s on the NASDAQ and NYSE exchanges. Dr. Gilman has sat on numerous Boards including universities, hospitals, NGO’s and public and private companies. Miles currently is the Principal of Sultan River Holdings which runs healthcare advisory and investments in North America and Asia. He is an advisor to Singapore Management University. Dr. Gilman holds a Doctorate degree in Clinical Pharmacy specializing in cardiovascular drug research with academic training in molecular biology.

Dr. Sun’s experience includes being a Practitioner Doctor in Dermatology at Peking University and clinical practice as a dermatologist at one of the most prestigious private clinics in China. Prior to completion of her clinical care and Doctor Practitioner degree, Dr. Sun spent 9 years working in global scientific communications and corporate beauty care industry in a Fortune 50 company. In addition to clinical and corporate projects, Dr. Sun has further experience in media relations and as a corporate spokesperson in the international arena. Dr. Sun’s broad academic, clinical and corporate experience in both North America and Asia dermatology has resulted in a large personal network with both corporate and medical dermatology professionals. Her interests are in product development and geographic market expansion.

Mr. Foley is a seasoned executive with more than twenty years of corporate finance, accounting and management experience, with most of that time living and working in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Foley has extensive experience across a wide range of industries, including telecom, Internet, data services and renewable energy, and is credited with playing a key role in securingalmost USD$500M in funding, including several private placements, debt offerings, and an IPO.
Mr. Foley is a subject matter expert who is a frequent commentator and contributor on strategic planning and management issues in various online publications, and is a CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a MBA with honours from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Michael Rossbach has held several senior positions at the Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS) as well as various academic faculty appointments at the National University of Singapore (NUS), the German Institute of Science and Technology (TUM Asia) and at the Witten School of Management (WSM) in Germany. Prior to joing the GIS, he was a group leader at the Institute of Reconstructive Neurobiology, University of Bonn, and the Business Development Manager of LIFE&BRAIN (Germany).
As an entrepreneur, he has co-founded several start-ups in the biotech and life science sector, among them lab equipment, specialty enzymes for molecular biology (OLS Molecular Systems) and statistical genetics (bioTREE). Michael sits on several boards and is an Advisor in Health and Life Sciences within the biotechnology industry.

Tomas has over 12 years in healthcare IS experience in corporate and non-profit systems. He has previously been CIO in a national radiology services company and has been a co-founder of healthcare Information Systems (IS)services company including web application development. His expertise includes implementation, integration, large scale PACS and RIS systems and legacy conversions. Tomas received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Masters’ in Business Administration. His interests are in complex IS integration, innovation and mobile applications including workflow efficiencies through Internet of Things (IoT).

Ame Perez is responsible for Human Resources and Administration as Director. Her experience includes staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, and professional development of staff. She has and overseen the administrative functions including Chief of Office Staff, risk management, logistics and facilities administration.

Ms. Perez has over 30 years of experience in various healthcare and medical entities in key management roles for regional and national companies. Her expertise is in human resources, accounting and operations.
